of the ARTS Center Staff.

We are open for materials checkout:
1-5 Monday - Thursday
1-4 Fridays
Mornings by appointment
9-11:30 the first Saturday of every month
(Changes may occur due to holidays, so it's safer to call and check)
Availability of staff:
The resource teachers work at schools and other sites on many mornings,
but morning appointments for consultation can be scheduled. We are also available by
phone or e-mail for requests or questions.

ARTS Center Line - 880-8297
The ARTS Center has Art Books, Videos, Prints, Display Panels, selected Children's
Literature, Music Books, Choral Music, CD's, and Tapes available for check-out.
The ARTS Center staff provides:
Assistance with district Art Shows
Art and Music Workshops - at the ARTS Center or your school
Non-consumable supplies for check-out, (e.g., brayers, blenders,
irons).
We fire clay for schools with no kilns or non-functional kilns.

Bulletin board of community arts activities
Consultation and assistance to aid teachers in planning arts curricula.
The ARTS Center is no longer able to offer art supplies for purchase.
Our guidelines allow us to provide up to 10 items total for a 1-month checkout:
Up to:
3 audio recordings
5 books
5 large art reproductions
Orff instruments
2 videos - 1-week checkout, popular titles 3-day checkout
Rhythm instruments - 2-week checkout
Art reproductions must be returned in original condition.
Do not tape over barcodes!
