Preregister for the ARTS Center

Open the registration form by clicking here. The file will open in Adobe Acrobat Reader, and allow you to fill in the fields of the form. (You may also print the form now, and fill in all of the fields manually)  Print the form, and complete the required signatures and bring with you to the ARTS Center.  It will save you (and us) time when you come in.
